This Chemical Niche is customized for perchloric acid. The alkaline neutralization and water circulation system behind the hood deflector is the primary neutralization system and its function is to ensure that high concentrations of perchloric acid residues do not accumulate in the hood, thereby causing chemical reactions such as combustion, explosion or a lot of heat.
